There will be a brief survey and open discussion regarding the HUD 2020 Annual Plan.
Light refreshments will be provided and an opportunity to win a $25 Walmart Gift Card.

05/17/19 - Development Legal Counsel PCHA-RFP-2019-3
The Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA) is requesting firms or individuals interested in serving as Development Legal Counsel to the PCHA to submit proposals for consideration. Responses must be submitted by June 12, 2019 to be eligible for consideration. The full RFP can be downloaded HERE

05/16/19 - Address and Meeting Time Change
The new address for the Panama City Housing Authority is 2315 Ruth Hentz Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405. This address will house the administrative and HCV staff. Board meetings will be held here every third Wednesday of the month at 12 pm.

03/15/19 - Architectural and/or Engineering Services RFQ
In accordance with Section 287.055, F.S., the Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA) invites the submission of Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated expertise in architectural or engineering services. The qualified party will possess the licenses, skills and knowledge to evaluate the damage to all PCHA properties caused by Hurricane Michael and prepare cost estimates to repair or rebuild PCHA properties in accordance with applicable codes and laws. The contract will be a continuing contract and provide for continuing on-call services as needed by PCHA. A copy of the detailed Request for Qualifications and instructions for submittal may be obtained from PCHA online at panamacityhousing.org/public-notice/ beginning March 15, 2019. Responses are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2019.
PCHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the best interest of PCHA and is not liable for any costs incurred by the responding parties. All Respondents must be licensed in accordance with Florida laws. PCHA recognizes fair and open competition as a basic tenet of public procurement. Respondents doing business the PCHA are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, age or sex.
