06/13/24 - Project-based Voucher Waitlist Opening
Effective Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 8:00 am CST the Panama City Housing Authority will be opening the Project-based Voucher waitlist for new applicants who qualify for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment unit.
The waitlist will remain open until 100 applications have been received (10 – 1 bedroom, 45 – 2 bedroom, 45 – 3 bedroom). Applications will be accepted online at https://portal.panamacityhousing.org.

•Scope of Work – The Work of this contract involves construction/demolition and site preparations on two (2) unoccupied and non-operational multifamily housing sites in Panama City, Bay County, Florida. In accordance with Section 287.055, F.S., the Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA) invites the submission of Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated expertise in architectural or engineering services. The qualified party will possess the licenses, skills and knowledge to evaluate the damage to all PCHA properties caused by Hurricane Michael and prepare cost estimates to repair or rebuild PCHA properties in accordance with applicable codes and laws.
